The hotel is located at the very heart of Shanghai, on the legendary Nanjing Lu, right in the middle of all the bustle and hustle of this historic road. The Hongqiao International Airport is a mere 13 kms away, the railway station and harbor are only 5 kms away, whilst the famous Bund is only a 3km walk. 

The new Pudong Airport can be reached within 70 minutes by car or bus. The Shanghai subway has an entrance in front of the hotel and it is extremely convenient to get to most of the famous tourist attractions and commercial districts of Shanghai from here.

There are a total of 208 rooms in the Park, from standard rooms up to deluxe suites, and some of these look out upon the People's Park (Renmin gongyuan). All the rooms are comfortably equipped with central air-conditioning, a remote controlled satellite TV, express mail, IBM computer system, mini-fridge, mini bar, safety deposit box, and IDD telephone. Extra facilities include a disco and nightclub, a beauty salon, a business center within the lobby and a Business club for those staying on the executive floor.
