Invitation for the Canton Fair

Invitation can be applied for to one of the following organizations before March 30 ( Spring Fair ) and September 30 (Autumn Fair).

Applying for Invitation Card:

A mailed paper invitation card, which is accepted at visa application and visitor registration, can be shared by three representatives of the company. A copied one is invalid. (Click here to see the sample of paper invitation card)

An e-mailed E-invitation, which can be share by all representatives of the company, can be used at visitor registration, but may not be accepted at visa application. A copied one is valid. (Click here to see the sample of E-invitation)
